Our Vegetable Garden

The farm is composed of several plots of land of various types and nature.

In the garden which is over 5.000 meters, we naturally grow vegetables of all kinds:
Zucchini, Tomatoe, Pepper, Eggplant, Pumpkin, Melon, Watermelon, Onion, Garlic, Shallots, Chilli peppers, Strawberries and various Officinal Herbs.

In the orchard the following plants are grown:
Apples, Peaches, Pears, Apricots, Japanese Persimmons, Cherry, Walnuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Chestnuts, Quince

In addition, for some years we have dedicated a part of land to the production of wild berries:
Blackberries, Raspberries, Currants, Gooseberries, Wild Strawberries

At this company, we breed Saddle Horses, Donkeys as well as other variety of animals such as Hens, Ducks, Chickens, Turkeys and Capons.

Furthermore, between September and the end of November, it is possible to harvest excellent chestnuts in the many woods that we own
quality and .......... with a little luck even some Porcini Mushrooms PGI from Borgotaro.
