Guided visit to the cheese factory

During your holiday it is possible, upon reservation, to visit a dairy producer of Parmigiano-Reggiano located in the municipality of Bedonia (18 km from the farmhouse).
 
You will be welcomed by Michele Porcari, who has always been in the dairy sector, who will accompany you throughout the visit and will show you all the stages of processing from the arrival of the milk to the maturing warehouse.
 
moreover it will be possible to taste the Parmigiano-Reggiano inside the shop where you can find a vast assortment of typical products.

Cost Visit per person including kit to access the factory, guide and tasting.
EURO 5,00 (minimum 2 people)
